As already discussed during the DICE meetings it is important to hold appraisal talks. These talks take about 40-45 minutes. The aim is to discuss progress and your plans for the coming years. In attach you find the appraisal template. The idea is that you fill this out and that we take the document as a start for our discussion. We will jointly add to the template during the talk, after which we both sign of on it.

Please start filling in the document as much as possible. We will decide on two days we can have these talks. Please send the appraisal template a couple of days before the meetings, so I can prepare.
