[Dice_smit] Goodbye but not farewell

Dear DICE unit members,

First and foremost, it has been a great pleasure working with you over the past years. It was an honour being your Unit Lead and I am convinced that each and everyone of you will continue to excel in their research. However, due to irreconcilable differences at management level, I decided to leave DICE and move to KDM where I will be working for the next two years on my ERC proposal and the POD MI project. I will ofcourse continue to closely follow up on the PhD's of Milica, Laura and Sive in my role as promotor.

I wish you all nothing but the best, and hope to meet up with all of you at SMIT's professional and social gatherings, Ilse
