The hep@vub group is organising a poster session on October 26 here at VUB, with some drinks, in a nice atmosphere to know more our young and not-young colleagues working on high-energy at VUB.

It would be nice to participate, it starts at 16:30 so it will be really the end of your working day.
If you have an already prepared poster (Hannah for instance), you could also present it.

The HEP@VUB Team is organizing a poster session in the Lounge Bar on the 26th of October from 16:30-18:30. Surrounded by snacks and drinks, PhD students and Postdocs get the opportunity to present their research in the form of a poster. This is the perfect moment to revive one of your old posters or make a new one for the occasion! 

If you are interested in showing your work or plan to attend without one, please indicate this in the registration form:https://indico.iihe.ac.be/event/1801/ . This event is also open to students.
