Dear SMIT’ers of the second floor,

Some may have noticed, some were already contacted directly, some already saw me crawling under a desk, …

Project clean desk – clean office is going strong, and I aim to finish the second floor by the end of the summer.

Nuse unit moved to the right wing of the SMIT side on the second floor.
PL9.2.13 Antonis’ office
PL9.2.14 + PL9.2.17 Unit dedicated offices

ex-DPE unit – Ana and Ine moved to across the hallway.

All Telco spaces are emptied the past half year.
PL9.2.01 + PL9.2.10 + PL9.2.09 + PL9.2.08

Pieter’s office has been tackled earlier this year.

We’re halfway in MEP dedicated offices clean-up.
PL9.2.05 + PL9.2.06 – emptied and ready to be used.

I encountered some closed cabinets and drawer units. Please label yours, so I know it’s still used.
For example: at PL9.2.06 there is a closed cabinet nobody knows from whom it is, so please if you have the key or know who has it, please let me know. I’ll ask in SMIT general chat as well, but by the end of next week, without further notice, I’ll break the lock.

Furthermore, as I’m on a roll, I would like to ask the people in all other office* to go through what’s yours and remove the things that can be thrown away + label what need to stay. If you know from whom the other stuff is, please let me know so I can contact them directly.

I used to come to the office rather early in the morning, so I’ll try to tackle as much as possible before you guys arrive at the office. But that is only possible if you do your part in this clean-up.
