Since there was no paper to present/read this Friday, I volunteered. Attached you will find the paper by Giordano, Ike and me on our phase-based analysis
of participation in a digital transformation programme.
Please do not feel obliged to read the article in detail and/or in its entirety. I will briefly introduce the article on Friday, and then we can have
a broader discussion about the article's structure, scope, journal, etc. And since this is based on a study we did for the department (an evaluation of their programme), it would be nice to hear from you how we can present this rather critical evaluation to
policymakers and the news sector in general.
