I hereby send you the first draft of the minutes from the STAR II KOM. I will put some photos on the cover but I have not received them yet. Please review it and feel free to edit and/or add comments to it.

 

@ David Wright / TRI:

1.       Thank you for your comments on the draft CA. As it is written in the CA, we plan to disseminate the pre-financed amount in 5 instalments. We tried to proportionate these instalments to the tasks and workload of each work package, that’s why the instalments are not equal and that’s why we plan to distribute the biggest instalment for the period between December 2018 and May 2019. But anyway, we will discuss your proposed changes with our financial department. Regarding the first payment (last sentence of point 7.3.1): Unfortunately it’s impossible to make it within 45 calendar days from the start of the project, as this deadline would have been 14 September (the project officially started on 01 August) and in addition we have still not received the requested bank details from VUB.

2.       Could you give me the VAT number of TRI? This information is still missing (see page 3 of the CA).

 

@ VUB: Please send me your comments and/or suggestions on the draft CA edited by David (e-mail enclosed), and send me the following bank data a.s.a.p:

-       IBAN code of the beneficiary,

-       name and address of the beneficiary,

-       name and address of the beneficiary’s bank,

-       SWIFT-BIC code of the beneficiary’s bank.

 

@ VUB & TRI: Please don’t forget to propose candidates (indicating their contact details as well) to the External Advisory Board until tomorrow (20 September).
