[star] STAR II - communication on the launch of the project

Dear All,

We prepared a draft communication on the launch of STAR II. The document contains a shorter text in Hungarian, because it will be published on NAIH's website. Please review the text written in English (it's basically the abstract of the project from the Sealed Proposal) , add comments / suggestions (if you have any), indicate the e-mail address of the contact person, and give me your feedback by tomorrow, until the end of the day.
