Dear All!

We have discussed internally all possible scenarios concerning the starting date of the STAR II project. Taking into account all considerations  the NAIH came to the conclusion that the project should be started on 1 of August. We fully understand  your concerns of the holidays but we hope that the PO or  in her absence a competent colleague of her  will be available during  the greater part of the summer also so the signiture of the grant agreement by the Commission can be received on time. In light of the above mentioned the preparation of the grant agreement can be started in July.

Please share your standpoint as soon as possible because if you all accept 1 of August we immediately start the preparation of the GA in order to send you the document for signiture. The GA will be sent to the Trilateral first and than to the VUB in Brussels. Please check your postal addresses given and inform us about any changes.

Furthermore we support István’s suggestion that the KoM should be held in M2 in Budapest. We would like to organize the meeting on the 6-7 of September. If the date is OK for you please confirm the date of the KoM.
