While the next deliverable will reflect on the way the hotline has been running, perhaps several points could be addressed already by answering the following questions: Could you explain what difference (if any) you have observed in the communication that followed the awareness-raising campaign? Did you notice a significant increase in requests? Did you receive any feedback on the ad that was running on the radio? Would the NAIH engage in a similar awareness-raising campaign in the future? If yes, under what conditions?
