Dear all,

As discussed earlier today, attached you may find the files that you may use to evaluate the collected training materials. The Word file is a summary of the “questions” or key elements to be searched in the materials, while the Excel file is the usual tool to insert the data.

As you will see in the Excel file (inside you may find a few examples), it is a quite simple and swift procedure, because most questions can be answered with a yes/no.

To maintain uniformity, we encourage to fill in column A by making a copy-and-paste of the name of the file as it will be eventually saved in the repository. As you may notice, we added a code before the original file name: two letters indicating the Member State and “DPA” or "DPO" based on the source. This will allow us to reorganise the cells independently from the input date.

One or two files per country should suffice for this purpose. Should your DPAs or DPOs have not sent you any materials, we suggest you download what is available on their website to speed up the process: most DPAs publish training or informative materials online.

Due to the fact that this analysis is part of deliverable D2.2, we strongly hope you can send back your findings before the next Skype call of next week.
