Dear Renata, Dear Gabor, Dear David, Dear all,
I am happy to share with you the latest version of D4.1. Draft versions of the guidance & handbook. There are three PDFs in attachment because one contains the entire deliverable, while in the others I split the part on the Guidance and the part on the Handbook.
@Renata and @Gabor, at this point, could you please share a request for feedback on the Guidance (Part A) among the DPAs? If possible, please indicate me as contact point, so that I can keep track of the feedback received and prepare a report. Of course, if any DPAs is willing to comment also on the Handbook (Part B), their feedback will be more than welcome.
@David, do you think you could share the Draft Handbook among the SMEs associations that TRI interviewed? Also in this case, if possible, please indicate me as contact person, so that I can keep track of the feedback received and prepare a report.
From my side, I will contact CPDP panelists and EAB members to share with them the draft Handbook later today.
As deadline to provide feedback, I would propose 12 June 2020. This would give us enough time to implement the feedback and prepare a new draft guidance and handbook to present during the event in early September (which will be the validation workshop for the Draft Guidance and Handbook). In that respect, I will share with you a new draft agenda in early June. Please note that we are currently inclined to organise it remotely, as in early September it may still be difficult for people to travel and to partake to large gatherings.
Please do not hesitate to share with me any views or suggestions concerning the requests for feedback and the event in September.
Thank you in advance and kind regards,
Alessandra

Dear Renata,
Thank you for sharing your comments and edits. It's great to know that you will help us to obtain feedback on Part A. Maybe some of DPAs will be willing to comment on Part B too.
Best regards, Lina

Dear Lina, Dear All,

Dear Gabor,
Thank you for keeping us updated.
We look forward to your comments on D4.1. I want to let you know that in the meantime we addressed most of the feedback we had received from TRI and we are further developing the handbook. We plan of sharing a revised version with the advisory board members, CPDP panellists and some of our contacts in hope to receive more comments and input in early May. We hope that you could share a request for a feedback (in particular on Part A) among the DPAs.
On the same note, I want to inform you that Alessandra is going to take over the project as of this week as I am going an extended leave till the end of July.
Best regards, Lina

Dear All,
Please be informed that the European Commission evaluated and approved our request for 4-months-long-prolongation of STAR II. This means that the submission deadlines of all remaining deliverables have been extended accordingly and the project itself will end on 30/11/2020.
You can find all information in the attached axcel sheet and in the Participant Portal as well.
@Lina: I know we still owe you NAIH's comments on D4.1. I've been a bit busy due to my othe tasks, but I/we will send you some feedback for sure.
Best, Gábor
