Subject: Re: [star] STAR I message from the PO
3 June Monday 10 am cet?
Dear all,
- The website has been updated. The menu structure now includes STAR II references. Blog posts on the main page mention the STAR progress.
- Even though there is few response the slides should be updated
- VUB, TRI, NAIH
- revise your slides according to the request of the PO (see screenshot below)
- revise your slides and fix the errors occurred because of the changed layout (some tables, bullet points look terrible)
- add content concerning the subtopics, mentioned in D2.4 (attached)
- add more examples. Excerpt from a minutes of meeting: “David stressed the importance of examples and provisional questions, because, for the time being, the slides are rather “dry”. Scenarios, examples, visualisation could really help. István suggested to have one general but quite complex use case which could be used over the different topics and analysed from various points of view, like “Fakebook”. Might be better than referring to different cases with different names, etc.”
- guidance under slides are missing or not useful. Please revise and add content – it will be used in the handbook as well
- please correct the slides by 21 June 2019 (4 weeks)
- NAIH: the PO explicitly asked to discuss the 2016/680/EU directive – please add a section in topic 11
- In M20 (June 2019) 3 deliverables are due: 4.1 web-based questionnaire, 4.2 finalised training materials, 4.3 feedback forms. As there is no feedback from the target groups. If you agree, I ask the PO for a grant agreement amendment and change the submission deadlines of D4.2 and D4.3 to M24.
- There is 0 response to the emails sent to target groups. David, are there any responses to the questionnaire?
- Received an email from Albania (attached), they are happy to host us at the ICDPPC. If you agree, I ask the PO for eligibility
- I suggest to have a telco this or next week to discuss the following:
- Validation/dissemination strategy
- Webinars
- Handbook
- Article

Dear all,
The PO sent us a letter (letter continues after the screenshots):

D11 and D12 are D3.1 and D3.2.
Some steps to be taken:
- Update the website with content, news and make the layout more appealing. Will try to do it this week, Lina, could you please have a look as well and write some posts about STAR II? Interviews, campaign, hotline launch, etc.
- Update the slides – regardless of the feedbacks, we have to update the slides again. The layout is bad in some slides, the EU visibility is not accurate according to the PO but most importantly there are some promised topics from wp2 deliverables, our telcos and DG JUST recommendations which are not yet integrated – will set up a workplan for it
- The guidance section is also missing in some places and insufficient – it should be updated in light of the handbook
- Handbook structure to be set
- I suggest to ask the PO for WP4 extension until M23 or M24 given the lack of feedback from DPAs and DPOs
David, how was the TRI internal training?
br,
i
