Dear All,

Enclosed please find the slightly modified agenda of the STAR II KOM and the attendance list as well. As you can see we plan to finalize and sign the Consortium Agreement as well, therefore we kindly ask you to make sure that you have a mandate / authorization by your organization to sign the document. If it is not possible, the parties will have to sign the document one by one, sending it by post to each other (as in the case of STAR I).

Regarding payments: Please send me or at latest during the KOM please give us the following bank data:

- IBAN code of the beneficiary,

- name and address of the beneficiary,

- name and address of the beneficiary’s bank,

- SWIFT-BIC code of the beneficiary’s bank.
