Dear István,

due to some staff leaving the unit, a number of projects had been attributed to me temporarily until the new staff members had arrived. After welcoming two new colleagues to our unit, some of the projects have been re-attributed and I have pleasure in informing you that your project will now be followed by my colleague Ms Angeelika Rooden. I will remain the back-up officer and help Ms Rooden to get to know your project.
