Thanks for summarising the main points of our discussion at the KOM. I reviewed the minutes and made a few edits, one of them one concerns the distribution of the grant. I included the latest numbers as discussed per email.
It’s great to hear that the PO received well the proposal to join workshops in WP3 & WP4 and that we can potentially cover travelling expenses for our AB members.

1. Thank you for your comments on the draft CA. As it is written in the CA, we plan to disseminate the pre-financed amount in 5 instalments. We tried to proportionate these instalments to the tasks and workload of each work package, that’s why the instalments are not equal and that’s why we plan to distribute the biggest instalment for the period between December 2018 and May 2019. But anyway, we will discuss your proposed changes with our financial department. Regarding the first payment (last sentence of point 7.3.1): Unfortunately it’s impossible to make it within 45 calendar days from the start of the project, as this deadline would have been 14 September (the project officially started on 01 August) and in addition we have still not received the requested bank details from VUB.
2. Could you give me the VAT number of TRI? This information is still missing (see page 3 of the CA).
- IBAN code of the beneficiary,
- name and address of the beneficiary,
- name and address of the beneficiary’s bank,
- SWIFT-BIC code of the beneficiary’s bank.
