A room has been also booked at VUB premises on 17 Oct for the DPO event.
Attached you can find the application form to the ICDPPC. Suggest to submit it asap (this week preferably, will send a draft later this week). As discussed previously, the format of both events can be similar – introduction of the project and the materials (30-40 mins) and Q&A after with the speakers and the audience with the goal to get some feedback for ourselves.

Apparently the PO suggests to have a final event for DPOs as well if we want to go to ICDPPC. According to the latest telco, we could organize a cca 2 hour long event in Brussels with the participation of DPOs, umbrella organizations, and further institutions (e.g. Belgian DPA, EDPS, etc.).
The venue at VUB is available on 16, 17 and 18 October.
Would you be ok with organizing both events? One for DPOs in Brussels and the other for DPAs in Tirana the week after. If yes, which are your preferred date concerning the Brussels event?
